Processing Time
All orders are processed within (1-3 business days) after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7-14 days.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Quality.Mtl@proton.me within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
